As a Holistic Nutritionist, my goal is to make nutrition simple, straight forward & easy to implement for my clients. Whether the goal is weight loss, building strength, having more energy or reducing inflammation, I want you to feel like the steps to achive your goals are manageable and sustainable.


Nutrition is simple. Marketing and false information has made it feel otherwise.


So let's take your goal, create a food map that makes sense for your goal and your lifestyle, and cut out the confusion.


I will never provide cookie cutter nutrition plans. They don't usually work, they are inefficient, they are hard to maintain for long periods of time, and they don't take into consideration all your individual needs.


Here is my process:


1. We meet via Zoom to go through your goals, concerns, current habits etc. We make sure we are a good match and you can ask questions


2. You provide me 3-7 days of food logs (I send you the template for this)


3. We meet in person or via. zoom and I go through your food logs with you, providing you 1-3 actionable tasks moving forward


4. We meet again in one week, talk about your results, successes, challenges, etc. We go through your new food logs and tweak them again with 1-3 actionable tasks


5. We repeat, and I provide additional meal / snack ideas as needed


Over the last 8 years of being a Nutritionist, I have seen that completely overhauling what you currently do is not beneficial long-term. I have found the most success with implementing small changes that will create large impacts. It is my job to understand what those shifts are. Small changes with big results.

So, each package includes:

4 X 30 minute weekly Zoom calls (action, accountability, questions, clarity)

Food log template

Additional recipes / food ideas

Ongoing email / text support for the 4 weeks


After this, I find people are well on their way to understanding their individual needs and only need to touch base with me every few months or so for a one-off Zoom call.
