Fitness is a huge passion of mine, and I love sharing it with others.
I, myself, have trained for both a fitness competition (heavy lifting, building muscle and definition) and a marathon (endurance based workouts and very specific mobility & strength). No matter what your fitness goals are, I can easily tailor a plan to get you there.
I have trained women to:
~ lose weight
~ race a 10K race
~ be able to do their first pull up
~ complete their first triathlon
~ make it through an obstacle course race
~ and even run their first marathon
No goal is out of reach, it's just a matter of having the right plan to get you there safely & efficiently!
I offer a few different options for training. I see some clients once a week, I see some 3 times a week, it depends on coordinating schedules and financial priorities. As far as how we train, I have 3 options, depending on location, needs & accessibility:
Pricing is as follows:
For in-person, or Zoom training:
10 sessions for $450 ($45 a session)
24 sessions for $960 ($40 a session)
48 sessions for $1,680 ($35 a session)
96 sessions for $2,880 ($30 a session)
* plus HST
For at-home workout plans:
$100 per month (includes a monthly plan + regular communication with me)
