Energy

Ginseng Energy Sticks (pomegranate flavour) (blackberry)(pineapple). I use these as needed, before 3:00 when I am really dragging and new a boost. Contains Ginseng & B complex vitamins - no caffeine!

Genuine Health Greens + energyI drink this daily as a way to flood my system with nutrients and natural energy. The orange flavour is great, and these are the only greens that don't taste like dirt to me

Sports / Performance

Strawberry ProteinI love the protein from Arbonne. They're plant based and sweetened with stevia. They aren't chalky and blend well. You can't go wrong with the flavour you choose

Vanilla proteinAnother fave from Arbonne for all the reasons listed above

Strawberry electrolytesI use these daily and love this flavour. These electrolytes contain 6 different electrolytes and 4 different types of magnesium, with over 75 deep sea minerals

Lemon Lime electrolytesAnother great choice in a different flavour option

Skin Health

MetaPwr collagen Collagen is a must for skin, bone & muscle health. This is by far the best collagen I have found, with 9 types of collagen, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid & multiple anti-inflammatory constituents

Gut Health

Probiotic sachetthink pixie stick. I love these for my kids, or if I'm dealing with a sweet tooth. This comes in a strawberry melon flavour and contains both probiotics (13 strains!) and prebiotics

ProbioticThis is the adult version I take, which contains 6 billion CFU. Did you know that the majority of our immune system is found in the gut? It's so important to ensure it is healthy

Cod Liver OilI mostly take cod liver oil daily as a way to reduce inflammation, increase vitamin D (which I tend to be deficient in) and to provide my body a good source of Omega 3

Vitamin COne of the ways I keep my immune system boosted is through daily vitamin C. And I prefer chewable versions because it feels like I'm eating candy :)

IronMost women are deficient in iron, and I prefer the liquid form, as it's more absorpable

Calcium / MagnesuimA daily for me to focus on bone health and magnesium for ensuring regulation of mood, blood sugar & sport performance

My sample Day

Wake up: drink 1L pure water

Breakfast: Smoothie (1 cup soy milk, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 scoop protein powder). 2 each of EOmega, Alpha CRS, Microplex (these 2 are from the LLV trio). Iron, 1 vitamin C,

Morning: drink 1L water mixed with Greens powder

Early afternoon: drink 1L water mixed with electrolytes

Late afternoon: drink 1L water mixed with collagen, 1 probiotic

With dinner: 2 each of EOmega, Alpha CRS, Microplex (these 2 are from the LLV trio). Cod liver oil

Before bed: calcium / magnesium mix
